Canserbero Biography, Songs, & Albums |

Canserbero is a Spanish band from the city of Barcelona. They have released six albums and they are known for their theatrical live performances.

Canserbero is a Mexican death metal band. They were formed in 1995 by guitarist and vocalist Jose Mora, who would later be joined by bassist Enrique Sanchez. The two had met while playing in the band Muerte.

Canserbero was a Caracas-based underground Venezuelan rapper, performer, and activist. For his underground hit “Es Epico,” he became renowned in his home nation and subsequently across South America, the Caribbean, and Mexico.

Tyrone José González Oramas was born in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas in 1988. When he was a child, his family relocated to Maracay, and his childhood was marked by pain and tragedy: his mother died when he was eight years old, and Canserbero’s older brother was killed when he was twelve.

At the age of 11, Canserbero started freestyling and working on reggaeton rhythms. In 2002, he met producer Afromak and Black Kamikase (Manuel Galvis) (Leonardo Diaz). Códigos de Barrio was established as a tribute to their major inspirations, Comando 57 and Supremacy Hip Hop Clan. They performed at local hip-hop shows and recorded three tracks. Canserbero met Lil Supa in 2004. In 2006, the duo recorded numerous songs for the mixtape Bas.y.Co, Base y Contenido, which included rising Venezuelan hip-hop artists. Its songs were only available on the internet. Indigos, Can + Zoo, their first full-length album, was released in 2008.

Canserbero’s interests extended beyond music. In Maracay and at the University Institute of Technology Experimental Victoria, he worked as a claims analyst. He also studied law and political science at Aragua’s University Bicentennial, but dropped out to pursue his passion for music and social action. In 2008, he made Gua para la Acción available as a free digital download. A year later, he released Vida, a gritty, creative record that he self-published. In Venezuela, the album blew up the Internet as well as underground radio. It elevated his profile to the point that he was nominated for the Dixtorxión Award for Best Rap Album in Venezuela. He rejected the influence of contemporary rap, reggaeton, and ’90s hip-hop in an interview in 2011, stating that he was heavily inspired by classic and hard rock, naming Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath, the Ramones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, and Queen as inspirations. Muerte, his 2012 album, was produced in a way that emphasized those inspirations. It was given free on his website, where it was downloaded 300,000 times. It was considered groundbreaking in its originality.

Canserbero was able to perform concerts and ultimately work with Rapsusklei, Aniki, and Mala Rodriguez on her 2013 album, Bruja, and back in Venezuela, he worked on the album Apa y Can with Apache after Baysco’s Randy Acosta relocated to Barcelona. Baysco’s Kpu was in charge of the latter (Leandro Anez).

In 2009, Canserbero toured Venezuela and surrounding countries with the band Zion TPL, and by 2014, he was performing alone. He was working on an album and performing at large-scale festivals in locations like Costa Rica, where he could see a broad range of musicians. Neither of these things occurred. Canserbero attended the daughter of bassist Carlos Molnar’s birthday celebration on January 20, 2015. Canserbero was asked to stay with Molnar and his family for the celebration. While there, the rapper reportedly had a mental breakdown (his family says he never had any), took up a knife, stabbed Molnar to death, and then leapt from the building to his death. This account is heavily contested. Molnar’s wife claimed to have been there during the event but was unable to rescue her husband. She then reportedly left the country with $5,000 in Canserbero’s money. She committed herself a few months later, so the truth may never be known.

The canserbero brother is a Canadian rock band that was formed in 1993. They released their first album, Canserbero, in 1995 and have since released over 10 albums.
